In a world where energy production accounts for over two-thirds of global greenhouse gas emissions*, the need for eco-sustainable and innovative solutions for energy generation and consumption is imperative.

MUSE is an international exhibition that merges contemporary art with technology to present creative solutions to pressing environmental issues. The exhibition showcases a curated selection of works by 20 international artists called to envision the energy of the future and inspire our transformative journey as individuals, organizations, and societies.

The featured artworks are drawn from the finalists of the inaugural MUSE Digital Art Award, a new art prize established to connect artistic minds with sustainable technologies for the dissemination of creative visions addressing the most significant contemporary environmental challenges.

To ensure a consistent thread of coherence in both actions and ideas, the initiative is conceived within a low environmental impact framework, adhering to strict guidelines for sustainability and carbon neutrality.

MUSE stands as a unique event, being the world's first zero-consumption digital art exhibition. All artworks are presented on Philips Tableaux ePaper displays, specifically designed to display static images without consuming energy.
